Lead Field Service Specialist, Battery Installation

The Lead Field Service Specialist role is onsite in Houston, TX, and requires willingness to travel. Compensation is $30–$36 per hour. Power Storage Solutions provides stored-energy solutions for telecommunications and industrial applications, including nationwide service and installation. The specialist leads and supports battery and DC power installation projects, helping deliver customer requirements safely, on time, and within the quoted scope. The role coordinates schedules and materials, supervises assigned project staff, and supports continuous improvement in installation processes and services.

What you'll do

• Participate in installation projects involving superstructure, iron work, cabling, batteries, chargers, control and distribution systems
• support on-time performance, procedures, safety, quality, and customer service
• report schedules, project time, and expenses
• coordinate scheduling with material availability
• develop project summaries and cost-reduction actions
• develop internal technical capabilities
• administer required policies for direct reports
• supervise staff on assigned service and installation projects
• maintain technical knowledge of DC power and telecommunications
• improve installation processes and services.
