The Ford-Certified Automotive Technician role is onsite in Delta, CO. Compensation is $32–$38 flat-rate pay, based on experience and certifications. The technician joins Vista Ford's service team, supporting dealership service and repair work. The role diagnoses vehicle concerns and performs maintenance, warranty repairs, and other repairs to Ford standards, documenting work and verifying vehicle safety and repair quality.

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and repairs to dealership and Ford OEM standards
• diagnose vehicle concerns with diagnostic tools
• provide labor and time estimates
• communicate findings to service advisors and management
• test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
• complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• maintain thorough repair documentation.
