• manage correspondence, RFIs, and change orders
• prepare AIA payment applications
• obtain permits and coordinate closeout
• conduct owner, architect, and construction manager meetings
• hold production and safety meetings
• monitor site safety and quality
• review subcontractor requisitions
• supervise project superintendents.
