The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite at Rockaway Townsquare in Rockaway, NJ; pay is $17–$18 per hour. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager helps lead seasonal photo operations and the team delivering Santa visits and guest service. The role supports staffing, training, scheduling, sales, inventory, equipment readiness, and resolution of customer concerns to help create a positive holiday experience.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• address customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with recruiting and administrative tasks.
