What you'll do

• Set and clear tables
• clean tables, seats, and surrounding floors
• carry dishes and food between kitchen and service areas
• assist food runners and servers
• greet guests and serve water or coffee
• maintain supplies
• clean service areas and restrooms
• refill dispensers and condiments
• communicate with servers and hosts
• and assist coworkers as needed.
