What you'll do

• Manage regional service queues and prioritize tickets
• validate incoming service requests
• perform high-level technical triage on fire alarm, security, communications, and AV systems
• assign and dispatch qualified technicians
• communicate with customers and dispatch
• handle customer and technical escalations
• coordinate work order information and materials
• monitor service-level agreements and inspection commitments
• recommend and implement service process improvements
• provide technical guidance to technicians
• partner with sales and operations on recurring issues and service contract opportunities.
