Graduate Structural Engineer

Job overview

The Graduate Structural Engineer role is onsite in Round Rock, TX, and pays $28–$34 per hour, with paid overtime. Anchor Talent & Consulting is partnering with a structural engineering firm in Round Rock; the engineer works one-on-one with a licensed professional engineer on commercial, industrial, school, and forensic projects. The role develops structural analysis, design, and reporting skills while contributing to building projects and progressing toward a Texas professional engineer license. Site visits with the PE are expected every month or two.

What you'll do

• Analyze and design wood, steel, masonry, and concrete structures under PE review
• support assessments and forensic evaluations of existing buildings
• write engineering reports and calculation packages for clients
• update drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
• visit job sites with the PE every month or two.
