The Finish Blade / Motor Grader Operator role is onsite in Dickinson, ND, with projects across western North Dakota and surrounding areas. Compensation is $42–$48 per hour. What you'll do

• Operate blade and motor grader equipment to grade, level, and shape roadways and work sites
• adjust blade angles, heights, and positions to meet specifications
• perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• follow safety protocols and maintain an organized work area
• collaborate with supervisors and crews
• operate other heavy equipment when required.
