What you'll do

• Maintain customer account records
• prepare, review, and process invoices
• post and apply payments
• monitor aging and follow up on past-due accounts
• coordinate payment arrangements when appropriate
• research billing discrepancies and payment issues
• reconcile accounts and investigate unapplied payments
• document collection efforts
• process authorized credit memos and adjustments
• collaborate with service, operations, sales, and accounting
• support month-end reconciliation and reporting
• respond to billing inquiries and escalate problematic accounts.
