Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT/APCC/ACSW) – Hybrid

Job overview

The Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT/APCC/ACSW) role is hybrid, with in-office sessions in San Carlos, CA, and San Mateo, CA, and remote sessions. Compensation is $40 per full client-hour session while building a caseload, with additional compensation for sessions in another language or using interpreter services. The associate provides therapy to children, parents, families, and individuals while building and maintaining a caseload, completing clinical documentation, and participating in weekly supervision and professional development.

What you'll do

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients scheduled per week, including notes, treatment plans, diagnoses, and clinical enrichment as needed
• provide in-person and remote sessions
• attend weekly group and individual supervision, company meetings, and professional development meetings
• work with young children and receive training and support.

Why this role

Hybrid schedule includes at least three in-office days per week from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, with a 2:00–3:00 PM break, and two remote days per week with availability from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM. California AMFT, APCC, or ASW license required.
