What you'll do

• Develop and improve work instructions, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and job aids
• collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and operations to gather and verify information
• research and analyze technical information
• edit and proofread documentation for clarity, consistency, and company style
• plan, schedule, and track documentation projects. ISO 9001 and AS9100 experience is required.
