The role combines legal and technical analysis, litigation drafting, collaboration with experts, trial preparation, and post-grant proceedings to advance client strategies in court and before the ITC and PTAB.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in patent litigation before U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board
• analyze patent validity, infringement, and enforcement strategies
• draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
• collaborate with technical experts on trial strategies and arguments
• assist with witness preparation for depositions and trial
• handle post-grant proceedings, including inter partes reviews.
