What you'll do
- Promote staff clinical expertise and quality nursing documentation
- review physician orders and update care plans
- assist with interviewing, selecting, training, and validating team members
- manage and develop nursing talent
- ensure adherence to state, federal, Joint Commission, and local policies
- supervise nursing staff
- provide up to 15 hours per week of direct skilled infusion or bedside care
- help with calls and staffing when required
- and communicate with internal teams, employees, pharmacy partners, vendors, and customers.

Why this role
Requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing, current Florida RN license, at least two years of home care nursing experience, management and nursing administrative experience, and current CPR certification.
