What you'll do

• Participate in transition and knowledge-transfer activities
• provide L2/L3 functional support and resolve incidents and service requests
• support timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, leave, and payroll processes
• configure pay and work rules, accrual policies, schedules, and attendance rules
• perform root-cause analysis
• prepare functional specifications and documentation
• support testing, releases, and enhancements
• coordinate with HR, Payroll, business, and technical stakeholders
• identify service and process improvements.
