HVAC Service Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with daily service operations and technician scheduling
• coordinate service calls, repairs, maintenance agreements, labor, materials, and equipment
• mentor and support technicians
• monitor productivity, staffing, workload, and labor costs
• review work orders, scopes, progress, and billing
• resolve customer concerns
• coordinate purchasing and operational needs
• assist with maintenance agreement pricing and recommendations
• ensure compliance with HVAC codes, permits, and licensing requirements
• identify improvements to productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
