What you'll do

• Manage nursing services and provide 24-hour supervision of the Nursing Services department
• coordinate resident care plans in accordance with physician orders and regulations
• communicate policies and procedures to nursing staff and monitor implementation
• participate in admissions decisions and management meetings
• conduct nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• participate in call rotation and shift work as applicable.

Why this role

Requires an active RN license, BLS certification, an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school, and at least two years of nursing supervisory experience. Five years in long-term or acute health care is preferred. Call rotation and shift work may occur.
