Senior Specimen Collector

Job overview

The Senior Specimen Collector role is onsite in Boise, ID, with regular travel to new accounts and other facilities; compensation is $21–$24 per hour. Millennium Health is a specialty laboratory providing medication monitoring and drug testing services to support clinical decision-making. The role collects and processes patient specimens while serving as a subject matter expert who helps establish new accounts and onboard collectors. It supports reliable laboratory operations and patient and clinician service through accurate records, coordination with clinics and laboratory leadership, and adherence to privacy and compliance standards.

What you'll do

• Travel to new accounts to support setup and coverage
• support onboarding of new specimen collectors
• collect urine and/or oral fluid specimens and process and package them for shipping
• record patient, physician order, and laboratory information
• resolve specimen concerns
• maintain collection supplies
• serve as an intermediary among clinics, the laboratory, and leadership
• observe collections when applicable.
