Auto Body Shop Manager

What you'll do

• Direct and schedule work orders based on technicians’ skills and experience
• supervise progress and provide expectations and feedback
• manage daily shop operations and workflow
• ensure repairs are completed within necessary timelines
• oversee estimating, costs, and invoicing
• provide technical assistance when needed
• communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and appraisers.
