What you'll do

• Implement commercial software and perform high-level support
• troubleshoot complex PC software and configuration issues
• use remote diagnostics tools
• train staff and users
• manage user accounts
• handle and route calls and alerts
• diagnose and repair PC, server, and printer hardware
• install and configure computers, servers, printers, and network connections
• maintain server cabinets, network racks, and cabling
• document equipment and cabling
• lead operating system and application upgrade projects.
