What you'll do

• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, feeding, toileting, bathing, skin care, dressing, and oral hygiene
• collect specimens and record intake and output
• take temperature, pulse, and respiration
• observe residents and report changes to the Charge Nurse
• maintain equipment and work areas
• follow facility policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
