What you'll do

• Review and assist with testing requirements and test plans
• create and implement user acceptance and regression testing for WMS system changes and MECM implementation
• define user requirements
• document projects and organizational changes
• research, propose, and test solutions to user and system issues
• create ad hoc database reports
• identify policy, process, and system gaps
• apply Medicaid regulations and program policy to system design and business processes
• coordinate project activities and action-item resolution
• facilitate meetings among subject matter experts, policy staff, and business owners.
