Facilities Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Inspect buildings and grounds
• perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance tasks allowed under Florida law
• coordinate utility installations and renovations
• support fire safety, emergency procedures, and facility security
• collaborate with clinic and administrative staff
• maintain maintenance-supply inventory
• participate in safety programs and emergency response as assigned
• and complete painting and touch-ups.
