The Shift Lead – All Locations role is onsite at PENZONE Salon + Spa locations in the Columbus area, with 40 hours per week and open availability for nights and weekends. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. What you'll do

• Travel to PENZONE Salon + Spa locations in the Columbus area
• perform opening and closing shifts as manager on duty
• coach and role-model for the salon team
• support schedules, appointment-book approvals and blocks, and call-offs
• handle petty cash, deposits, and cash drawers
• attend required company meetings
• address guest concerns and provide guest service.
