Senior Project Manager, Information Technology

The Senior Project Manager role is onsite in Bethesda, MD, supporting a federal client. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects
• lead and guide technical staff
• develop and present monthly progress reports
• mentor PMO members and audit their work
• assess processes and recommend workflow and collaboration improvements
• maintain accurate meeting records and project documentation
• serve as liaison between business and technical teams
• plan project stages and assess business implications
• monitor deadlines, standards, and cost targets
• support other IT department branches as needed.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of project management experience; DHA experience is preferred. PMP or customer-approved equivalent and ITIL 4 Foundation are required. Public Trust clearance is specified; supervisory responsibility is included.
