Entry-Level Accounting Clerk

It supports an accounts receivable cleanup project for a growing business services organization. The clerk helps improve the accuracy and completeness of customer receivables by reconciling accounts, researching aged items, validating data, posting payments, and supporting month-end close activities.

What you'll do

• Assist with accounts receivable reconciliation and cleanup across multiple systems
• support aging analysis and identify customer-account discrepancies
• scrub and validate financial data
• assist with cash application and payment posting
• research outstanding and aged receivables with team members
• support month-end reconciliations and reporting
• maintain organized project documentation.
