What you'll do

• Lead estimates for large, complex, or strategic projects
• develop pricing strategies and bid approaches with leadership
• validate estimate accuracy, constructability, and scope
• lead value engineering and cost optimization
• conduct bid reviews and risk analysis
• analyze market trends and competitive positioning
• support go/no-go decisions, project handoffs, and early execution
• mentor Estimator I and II team members
• improve estimating processes, tools, and cost databases.
