What you'll do

• Greet customers and take orders
• process transactions accurately using a cash register and point-of-sale system
• answer questions and resolve customer issues
• prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
• keep the workspace clean and organized
• assist with inventory and restocking
• explain menu items and make recommendations
• collaborate with team members.
