Mitigation Technician, Property Restoration

The Mitigation Technician, Property Restoration role is onsite in Idaho Falls, ID, with a full-time schedule and a rotating on-call requirement. Pay is $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The role helps homeowners and businesses recover from property damage and begin the restoration process.

What you'll do

• Respond to emergency water, fire, smoke, and mold damage calls
• extract water and set up structural drying equipment
• perform demolition, debris removal, and cleanup as needed
• take moisture readings and document progress
• assist with fire and smoke cleaning and odor removal
• support mold remediation
• perform basic carpet and upholstery cleaning
• secure damaged properties
• communicate with customers
• maintain vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
