The Maintenance Technician, Luxury Apartment Community role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. The position supports a premier apartment community in downtown Jacksonville, maintaining its homes and shared property for residents. The technician completes resident service requests, repairs, apartment make-readies, inspections, and preventive maintenance. This work helps keep the community’s buildings, grounds, and amenities in good condition and supports responsive service to residents.

What you'll do

• Complete resident service requests
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
• prepare apartments for new residents and conduct unit inspections
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain grounds, buildings, amenities, tools, equipment, parts, and inventory
• communicate with residents and team members
• participate in a shared after-hours on-call rotation.

Why this role

Monday–Friday full-time schedule; shared after-hours on-call rotation with $100 per week on-call pay when on rotation, plus paid time for call-ins; HVAC certification preferred but not required; at least one year of apartment or property maintenance experience required.
