Maintenance Technician — Day Shift

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Monticello, WI, on a full-time first shift schedule. Compensation is $26–$36 per hour, depending on experience. The technician troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and improves production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient operations. The role also identifies equipment improvements and maintains building and grounds systems.

• Troubleshoot machine deficiencies and identify root causes
• install and set up equipment
• monitor machinery during production
• perform building maintenance and facility improvements
• maintain machinery to manufacturer specifications
• follow safety procedures and company policies
• recommend and implement equipment improvements
• repair and maintain building and grounds systems.
