Pianist / Organist

The Pianist / Organist role is onsite in Tuskegee, AL, at 2400 Hospital Road. Compensation is not specified. The musician supports weekly Sunday worship services and other chapel events in coordination with the Chaplain, choir members, and worship staff. The role provides musical accompaniment that supports the worship service and its liturgy. The pianist/organist prepares selections through scheduled rehearsals and works with worship leaders and clergy to help integrate music with each service or event.

What you'll do

• Provide accompaniment for weekly Sunday worship services, including preludes, hymns, offertories, communion music, and postludes
• support holiday services, memorials, weddings, and other chapel events as required
• coordinate music selections with the Chaplain, choir members, and worship staff
• attend scheduled rehearsals
• prepare music and arrive ready for services and events.
