The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Gary, IN, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. The role supports the Customer Experience Team by responding to customer requests, processing orders, coordinating purchasing and delivery, and following up on quotes. It contributes to customer service and sales for cargo equipment and flatbed trucking supplies.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to customers and inbound callers
• back up counter staff with sales to walk-in customers
• communicate with customers by telephone, email, fax, and text
• respond to order, product information, estimate, and lead-time requests
• enter orders
• coordinate stock and non-stock purchasing and order delivery
• make outbound calls to existing customers and new prospects
• follow up on quotes
• file invoices, packing slips, and work orders.
