What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations at two assigned sites
• support patient satisfaction, revenue, profitability, organization, and inventory
• onboard, train, and coach team members
• ensure staffing coverage
• monitor patient flow and wait times
• collaborate with providers
• address patient concerns
• manage site metrics, schedules, timekeeping, orders, expenses, and reporting
• support hiring and performance management
• maintain OSHA compliance and facility safety.
