What you'll do

• Learn and apply Retention Sales and Customer Care concepts.
• Perform entry-level sales and support tasks.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone or ticketing systems.
• Actively listen to understand customer needs.
• Handle requests to disconnect or remove services, provide billing information, resolve standard issues, schedule service appointments, and manage account changes.
• Use telephone-based selling skills to build rapport, offer solutions, and upsell services.
• Meet or exceed sales activity goals.
