What you'll do

• Guide facilities technicians and help assign work and shift priorities
• troubleshoot and repair facility systems
• execute maintenance plans for buildings, utilities, and grounds
• support preventive and predictive maintenance and work-order documentation
• maintain boilers, compressed air, HVAC, water, wastewater, and electrical distribution systems
• train technicians and support safety audits and regulatory compliance.
