The Back of House Team Member works onsite in Saint Louis, MO, at Cafe O’ Play. Pay is $15 per hour plus tips. This role helps create a welcoming cafe experience by preparing and serving menu items, maintaining food and supply organization, and keeping work areas clean. It also supports guest service and the cafe’s daily operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve hot and cold menu items to cafe standards
• interact with customers, offer menu recommendations, and respond to inquiries or complaints
• maintain prep levels, rotate and organize stock, package and serve dine-in and to-go items
• clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, fridges, and freezers
• wash dishes and restock food and paper supplies.
