What you'll do

• Direct associates to maintain operational flow
• spend 90% of worked time coaching and developing employees on the floor
• train new employees
• use warehouse systems and handheld scanners
• audit labels and count and sort inventory
• analyze inventory problems
• prepare end-of-day reports
• operate pallet jacks and automated packaging equipment
• maintain a clean workspace
• participate in LEAN initiatives.
