The role also trains and supports crew members and helps maintain farm equipment and facilities.

What you'll do

• Manage daily flower crew operations
• supervise, train, and support crew members
• direct seeding, propagation, cultivation, and harvesting
• help plant, weed, and manage flower crops
• harvest and arrange bouquets for the farm stand
• manage florals sold at the farm
• inspect the farm and facilities and report plant, pest, disease, or livestock concerns
• maintain farm equipment and tools
• manage staff schedules, payroll adjustments, reviews, and disciplinary reporting
• and provide support in other farm areas during slower production months as needed.
