Maintenance Technician — Plumbing and HVAC

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance focused on plumbing and HVAC
• diagnose and repair plumbing fixtures, water heaters, disposals, and leaks
• assist with electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs
• complete unit turnovers
• respond to service requests and scheduled after-hours emergency calls
• conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• maintain repair logs and follow safety policies.
