What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns
• support sales initiatives and guest loyalty programs
• assist with training, feedback, scheduling, payroll, and onboarding
• maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and equipment
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• manage inventory, loss prevention, deposits, and daily transaction records
• supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
