The Applied Behavior Analysis Services Coordinator role is onsite in Mankato, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Compensation is $20.67 per hour. The coordinator supports Fraser’s ABA program and its services for children, including children aged 2–7 with autism spectrum disorder. The role coordinates staffing and client schedules, monitors intake and caseload changes, and collaborates with Human Resources and clinical teams to support service coverage and quality. The position may also provide clinical services and may float to assigned locations when requested.

What you'll do

• Monitor ABA intake, discharge, and wait lists
• provide enrollment and discharge planning consultation
• assess staffing ratios and collaborate with HR on staffing and budget needs, including interviewing and hiring
• coordinate daily staffing coverage using available, float, or on-call staff
• create and share information about autism spectrum and related disorders
• collaborate across divisions on client care
• notify supervisors and intake staff of caseload changes
• maintain supplies
• float to clinical or coordinator duties upon request
• provide person-centered approaches and interventions for children aged 2–7 with ASD
• communicate with clients, families, and teams.
