What you'll do

• Assist with meetings and special-event operations and budgets

• conduct banquet-floor walkthroughs
• execute group event BEOs, resumes, and runs
• conduct weekly BEO meetings
• respond to guest feedback and complaints
• support employee service standards
• cover Town Meeting operations as scheduled
• conduct pre-shift meetings with the service team.
