Call Center Associate

The Call Center Associate is an onsite role based in Brooklyn, CT. This role exists to facilitate customer engagement by scheduling appointments for sales consultants and providing exceptional service. The associate acts as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining positive communication.
• Identify customers unique home situations.
• Schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants to go out to price and sell the job.
• Communicate effectively, actively listen, and show empathy as the first point of contact with our customer.
• Provide world class customer service with the methodology, resources and dedicated coaches we provide to guide you to success.
