What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and drivers while following site access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and control entry and exit.
• Observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic, communicate access concerns, document incidents, respond to alarms and critical situations, and conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas.
