Project Specialist

Job overview

The Project Specialist role is onsite in Kapaau, HI, for 20 hours per week, generally 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday through Friday or as determined by the supervisor. Pay is $20.43–$20.86 per hour. The role supports the Piha me ka Pono program. The specialist provides administrative and event support to help the program achieve its goals, maintain community-engagement records, and coordinate communication with staff and families.

What you'll do

• Coordinate staff travel and training arrangements
• prepare training materials
• maintain office inventory and an events calendar
• create event and promotional flyers
• attend staff meetings and take notes
• answer and forward calls and emails
• assist at program events and take photographs
• maintain community-engagement records
• help contact families of chronically absent students.
