What you'll do

• Inspect HVAC/R systems and components
• follow safety procedures
• diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
• provide field technical support and customer service
• inspect completed jobs and leave areas clean
• perform maintenance such as cleaning and replacing filters
• repair or replace defective equipment, parts, or wiring
• test systems
• maintain field service reports
• visit client sites to assess needs and recommend repairs
• prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• contribute to sales targets
• collaborate with technical teams on installations and service jobs.
