What you'll do

• Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory-control, warehouse-management-system, and process issues
• conduct root-cause analysis, document issues, and recommend improvements
• assist with freight disposition in the Problem Resolutions Area
• liaise with IT, WMS, and Vendor Compliance groups and communicate processes to distribution-center management and associates
• monitor WMS releases and successful rollout
• audit inbound shipments and report deficiencies
• partner with accounts payable, vendors, and IPR on inventory accuracy and compliance
• train managers and associates on WMS and load-quality reporting
• diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues.
