- Recreate, validate, and maintain operational metrics from platform and pharmacy fulfillment data
- support data availability, quality, and compliance

- track and report performance metrics
- contribute to cross-source dispensing reports
- analyze performance using SQL and Excel
- translate findings into actionable insights
- support issue resolution and KPI documentation
- handle PHI under HIPAA and covered-entity governance requirements.
