Property Manager

What you'll do

• Manage residential rental operations and tenant communications
• oversee rent collection and lease compliance
• market properties, coordinate showings, screen applicants, and prepare leases
• manage Section 8 documentation and housing authority coordination
• handle work orders and minor repairs when practical
• coordinate vendors
• conduct and document inspections
• use AppFolio to maintain records and track operations.
