The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) — Per Diem role is onsite in Greenville, NC, with hourly pay of $36.35–$54.55. What you'll do

• Perform initial nursing assessments for new admissions
• complete, coordinate, and revise plans of care
• communicate patient progress to the clinical manager, physician, and care team
• maintain accurate and timely patient records
• record pain and symptom management changes and outcomes
• educate families about patient condition, needs, and care
• make referrals to other hospice disciplines as needed or document rationale
• perform assigned on-call responsibilities.
